Sun Construction Announces Leadership Role Transitions

We’re excited to announce that two of our long-standing Vice Presidents, Ryan Brenneman and Scott Solem, are transitioning into new roles within our leadership team—bringing fresh perspectives while continuing to uphold the values that drive Sun forward.
Ryan, who has served as Vice President of Preconstruction, will now take the helm as Vice President of Operations, leveraging his deep understanding and history of project development and client collaboration to further enhance our field execution and project management. His strategic approach to preconstruction has shaped countless successful projects, and we look forward to seeing his expertise continue to impact our teams in the field.
Scott, who has led as Vice President of Operations, will shift into the role of Vice President of Preconstruction, bringing his extensive field experience to the early planning phases of our projects. His hands-on approach and deep knowledge of constructability will strengthen our ability to deliver accurate, efficient, and cost-effective project planning from day one.
With a combined tenure of over 29 years at Sun Construction, both Ryan and Scott have played instrumental roles in shaping our company’s success and legacy. This strategic transition reflects our commitment to adaptability, leadership development, and ensuring that Sun continues to deliver excellence in every phase of construction.
