Project Experience
Acertara Acoustical Laboratory Office Building
Acertara specializes in developing advanced technological solutions for medical imaging and therapeutic devices to improve patient outcomes efficiently and cost-effectively. In Phase II, they expanded their workspace with clean air HEPA filtration and high-purity air distribution to accommodate their growing business, requiring additional office, laboratory, inspection, isolation, machine/shop, shipping, receiving, and ancillary spaces. This expansion supports their ongoing growth and development efforts.
Broe Real Estate Group Max Technology Center
Sun Construction has been hired as the Design-Assist Contractor to refresh and renovate an existing 450,000 sf empty tenant office building that has been un-occupied and vacant for the last ten years. The space consists of primarily office, laboratory, cleanroom, and cafeteria. This project in short is a complete refresh of an older building to convert it into a prime leasing destination.
Tolmar Assembly & Packaging Suites
Tolmar Inc. is a dermatology products manufacturing company in northern Colorado. Their existing manufacturing suite was to be redesigned and repurposed to provide new cleanroom manufacturing suites for syringe assembly/packaging production and sterility laboratory.
Light Deck DX Tenant Improvements
LightDeck DX underwent a 65,680 SF remodel, converting high bay warehouse, office, and conference space into 15,000 SF of clean manufacturing space, 1,000 SF of lab rooms, 6,000 SF of cold storage, 10,000 SF of warehouse, and 33,680 SF of office and shared common areas. The project involved tasks such as demolition, HVAC and roofing modifications, interior construction, flooring, painting, and the integration of lab equipment. Additionally, systems like fire sprinklers, alarms, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and communications were modified.
