Alex also analyzes market trends, collaborates with the Leadership team on company-wide goals, and monitors revenue performance to provide insights and recommendations.

Scott Solem
Scott leads Sun Construction’s preconstruction efforts, overseeing Design-Build and Design-Assist projects to ensure clear communication, strong client relationships, and successful project execution. With over 40 years of experience, including 18 years at Sun Construction, he provides valuable insight from both owner and general contractor perspectives. His expertise spans High Tech, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing & Industrial, Aerospace, and Higher Education sectors.

Ryan Brenneman
Ryan oversees Sun Construction’s operations, ensuring seamless project execution, quality control, and on-site management. He monitors customer expectations, evaluates team performance, and addresses challenges to maintain efficiency and client satisfaction. His leadership enhances Sun Construction’s technical capabilities and overall project success.
General Superintendent
Brad Myers
Brad, as General Superintendent, leads Sun Construction’s field operations with a focus on delivering complex projects across diverse sectors, including healthcare facilities, laboratories, electrical infrastructure, ground up buildings, and tenant improvements. With extensive experience, he ensures seamless coordination of occupied spaces, aligning project schedules and processes with client operations. Brad excels in fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability, proactively addressing challenges, and driving project success. Beyond execution, he mentors his team, cultivating future leaders and upholding Sun Construction’s commitment to excellence in every project.
