FIELD RESOURCE SUPERINTENDENT
As Superintendent his responsibilities include adhering to the construction schedule and resolving any problems that arise. He will direct field personnel to achieve the highest quality of work, on-time milestone completion, and a safe working environment. Jerry has a proven record of maintaining positive relationships with the Client, subcontractors and Project Team. He provides the communication and project understanding required for ensuring Client satisfaction.
Corey Flanigan
SUPERINTENDENT
As Superintendent his responsibilities include adhering to the construction schedule and resolving any problems that arise. He will direct field personnel to achieve the highest quality of work, on-time milestone completion, and a safe working environment. Corey has a proven record of maintaining positive relationships with the client, subcontractors and our internal project team. He provides the communication and project understanding required for ensuring client satisfaction. Corey is very familiar with Lab and clean room construction as well as working in controlled environments.
Greg Horner

Greg is very familiar with Lab and clean room construction as well as working in very controlled environments.
Bill Kellow

He provides the communication and project understanding required for ensuring Client satisfaction.
Tyler Brenneman
SUPERINTENDENT
Tyler responsibilities include managing the onsite safety program, overseeing and coordinating all onsite activities according to the site requirements, plans and specifications. These duties include supervising safety, coordinating subcontractors, directing Sun’s field personnel and performing quality control to ensure the safest construction of your project. Safety planning through the use of JSA’s, lift plans, and fall protection plans are followed up by diligent supervision to ensure that everyone is working the plan.
Eric Beute
SUPERINTENDENT
Eric Beute responsibilities include managing the onsite safety program and overseeing and coordinating all onsite activities according to the site requirements, plans/specifications, and schedule. These duties include coordinating subcontractors, directing Sun’s field personnel and performing quality control and safety checks to achieve the highest quality of work on-time.
Clint Lurbe
SUPERINTENDENT
Clint’s responsibilities include managing the onsite safety program and overseeing and coordinating all onsite activities according to the site requirements, plans/specifications, and schedule. These duties include coordinating subcontractors, directing Sun’s field personnel and performing quality control and safety checks to achieve the highest quality of work on-time. Clint is very familiar with lab and clean room construction as well as working in controlled environments.
Bill Sweet
SUPERVISOR
As Supervisor his responsibilities include adhering to the construction schedule and resolving any problems that arise. He will direct field personnel to achieve the highest quality of work, on-time milestone completion, and a safe working environment. He provides the communication and project understanding required for ensuring Client satisfaction.
Antonio Soto
FIELD ENGINEER
As a field engineer, Antonio works closely with the superintendent in the planning of self-performed work and field subcontractor coordination. He assists with the submittal process, incident management, safety enforcement, documentation and drawing control. Additionally, he manages JSA’s, logistic maps, and environmental coordinator duties.
Sean Farrell
FIELD ENGINEER
As a field engineer, Sean works closely with the superintendent in the planning of self-performed work and field subcontractor coordination. He assists with the submittal process, incident management, safety enforcement, documentation and drawing control. Additionally, he manages JSA’s, logistic maps and daily POD’s.
