Matt Schoenherr
SENIOR ESTIMATOR
As the Senior Estimator for Sun Construction, Matt is responsible for the preparation of hard bid estimates, negotiated project pricing and conceptual rough-order-of-magnitude pricing. The Senior Estimator’s role involves timely analysis of project scope and specialized requirements, performing quantity surveys, engaging with the subcontract community and distributing project documents, and engaging and communicating with project professionals.
Scott Welch
ESTIMATOR
Scott is responsible for construction cost estimation by fully analyzing and reviewing the entire scope of a project to accurately and effectively identify the overall cost of construction; while build relationships with subcontractors to solicit and ensure best cost fit for each project.
Mark Green

As an Estimator, Mark is responsible for construction cost estimation by fully analyzing and reviewing the entire scope of a project to accurately and effectively identify the overall cost of construction; while build relationships with subcontractors to solicit and ensure best cost fit for each project.
Jared Prideaux
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
As Project Manager, Jared’s responsibilities include overseeing and directing construction management, cost control, schedule development and managing all aspects of the project to ensure on-time project delivery. Jared has a proven record of monitoring and managing several large scale projects simultaneously while maintaining costs and providing value engineering for his clients. He builds strong relationships with his clients and provides the communication and project understanding required for ensuring client satisfaction.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Troy is responsible for the successful management of commercial construction projects. He oversees the selection and management of subcontractors, suppliers and on-site personnel. Troy has a proven track record of monitoring and managing several large scale project simultaneously while maintaining costs and providing value engineering for his clients. He builds strong relationships with his clients and provides the communication and project understanding required for ensuring client satisfaction.
Brad Deener
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Brad will oversee the total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. His role includes communicating with clients and design team representatives so that everyone is kept informed at each step in the process. As the Project Manager, Brad is responsible for overall quality of the project and acceptance by the owner.
Patrick Grimard
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
As the Project Manager, Patrick will be the primary point of contact for the construction phase. Patrick has a results driven approach to team management as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. He leads the team with integrity and transparency. He is a results oriented, driven and dedicated construction professional. His strong critical and analytical thinking skills have allowed Patrick to not only manage several projects, but also serve as a liaison for the client, end user, architect and engineering sub-consultants. Patrick has a keen eye for quality control, document tracking, and superintendent performance. He pushes his team to meet every deadline and prepares them to communicate with all parties and owners on a regular basis. Patrick’s experience of the entire construction process from land development to final structure provides a highly skilled perspective of how to manage projects within budget parameters and within expected timeframes. Patrick’s innate ability to predict outcomes before a problem arises ensures that Sun Construction’s projects deliver as promised to our clients.
John Steen
Jason Ott
PROJECT MANAGER
As the Project Manager, Jason works closely with the Safety Personnel, Superintendent, and Owner Representatives to ensure the job is running smoothly. He assists with collecting bidding information, coordinating with subcontractors and the project team, and controls project documentation. He facilitates the on-site activities with the Superintendents and ensures the proper documentation for submittals, RFI’s, correspondence, material delivery, budget management and close-outs.
